Ifwhen you decide to purchase an insurance policy from Starwood Insurance Agency,you will pay the insurance premiums, which are due with your credit card orpersonal check. If you use your credit card to purchase pay the premium ordeposit, your credit card information that was provided will delete from ourrecords after the authorization of your purchase is completed. After the transaction a confirmation numberwill be provided to you on your Binder Of Insurance or other communicationletter. You can check the purchase of your insurance policy using the providedconfirmation number. We do not retain any of your credit card information. Whenpaying with personal check we will keep a copy of your personal check on file.

Whenan email is sent to us through our website at Starwood Insurance we will haveaccess to some personal information such as your email address.
